There's a storm in my teacup!

Well, in my dollar store mug.

Being helpful to good friends.
One of the other good things I did for the day included going to the place I'm quasi-working at, recommending them that one of my old friends, Astrid, would be great working there. In absolute honesty, she'd probably do a better job than me, so I'm damaging my job security - but the chance of working with one of my best friends from school... it's a great deal of fun imagining the prospect.

As a result of this, Asti has to take her CV to the shop tomorrow. This means there's the prospect they'll come over and visit tomorrow for a few hours, which'll be great. I've missed having these people around. They've always meant loads to me. I've always been grateful for knowing them and I'm pretty sure deep down they know that.

I had a great talk with Jessica as well tonight. I really had something on my mind and I said something bluntly honest that I've felt for a while. I feel happier about the relationship now we've both had an opportunity to speak openly. I hope Jess feels better too... I'm not certain she's as happy as I after the chat, but I know she's feeling better too.
