There's a storm in my teacup!

Well, in my dollar store mug.

Ingredients for sherbert:
50g citric acid, 15g bicarb soda, 100g icing sugar

was one suggestion. The second suggestion was:

3 g Citric acid, 3 g Bicarb Soda, 150 g Icing Sugar.

Hmm. Testing may be required.

hehe sherbert. yummy ^_^

6 teaspoons citric acid
3 tablespoons bicarbonate soda
4 tablespoons icing sugar

Is this a tried and tested sherbert plan, or random numbers again?

Definitely the former. Feel free to castrate me if I am indeed, wrong.

Oh, tried and tested. You sherbert-maker-man!

Oh, it so isn't. That 2:3:4 mix of citric acid/bicarb/icing sugar just leaves a very salty taste.

I'm at a 2:3:6 ratio and it's still leaving a salty aftertaste.

Where do you get citric acid from? *_*

Chemists can apparently stock it, at least that appears the stock answer when it is mentioned on shows.

Bicarbonate of soda. Used in baking a great deal.
