There's a storm in my teacup!

Well, in my dollar store mug.

Sherbert plan failing. Initial belief was a ratio of 2:3:4 of citric acid:bicarbonate of soda:icing sugar. This is simply leaving a salty, foamy mess.

The ratio of 2:3:6 is still salty.

But these days you only get piddling amounts and they're 25p? DAMN THEM. I will do this myself!

Don't panic.

Destroy all lifeforms.

Steal sherbert.

That sounds like some pretty unsurebert.

Mmm, it's slowly turning sourbert.

Remember, sherbit is slightly grainier than icing sugar... Try adding a little fine sugar, might sweeten it up more.

Re: Angelblood Posty!

The problem with this first batch is quite simple: alas, too much bicarbonate of soda was added.

The lovely food experiement. :D Go you.
Let me know if you ever figure it out, tho. :D

Haha! Well, can't say it's not an interesting result. ^_^

Don't learn without making mistakes!
