The face hasn't changed much, has it, really? The hairdo certainly hasn't.
I could have worn a shirt; that would have looked appropriate instead of the yellow t-shirt under a grey jumper, but people who wore shirts without ties were told off, and at that age I was very uncomfortable with wearing a tie.
As far as I'm concerned, you put a tie on a child at too early an age and you may as well just send them off to war. It's a sign of forcing a kid to grow up too fast if they're wearing ties frequently before their age is into double figures.
