If I get this job, we have a reprieve regarding having to order 24 for Jamie. We can simply use "staff benefits" to rent Season 3 out for as long as necessary, which might be a good idea if it was as badly made as the second season.
I feel confident enough about getting into the job, they seemed interested. My major concern is whether the job will offer enough hours for it to be worthwhile working there for the horrendous hours they're likely to give. Working on Fridays and Saturdays until midnight can be a grumbly experience, if you're not in good company. Still - wish me luck!
And if this doesn't work, there's always temp agencies around here. I keep on visualising that I will have to try to sell things over the phone to old people, but my accent will cause them to go 'Ooh, that's a lovely accent' a few times over, and then I'll forget what I'm calling about.
